Rangu is the series of diffusion vacuum pumps by Busch for high vacuum applications. Available in three different sizes, Rangu is ideally suited for use at high vacuum levels of up to 10-8 hPa (mbar) where high pumping speeds or gas throughputs are required.
Rangu diffusion vacuum pumps work according to the proven vapour steam principle and are extremely reliable. Even under operating conditions that would destroy other vacuum pumps, Rangu diffusion vacuum pumps combine consistently high performance, reliability and a long service lifetime.
Rangu diffusion vacuum pumps can be used to convey almost all gases and vapours, even if they are reactive. They have no moving parts, and are thus virtually maintenance-free. Compared to other high vacuum generators they offer the highest degree of efficiency.
They work silently and without vibration. Thanks to the outstanding design of the nozzle system, oil backflow of the pump fluid is virtually eliminated. Rangu diffusion vacuum pumps can be operated from preliminary pressures of 10-3 hPa (mbar).
